1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by the User on the ink743 platform.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by the User on any game, sport, or event offered through ink743 services.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by ink743 to eligible Users.
• "Deposit" means any funds transferred by the User into their ink743 Account for the purpose of wagering.

• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from the User's ink743 Account to their designated bank account or payment method.
• "Indonesian Rupiah" or "IDR" or "Rp" means the official currency of Indonesia in which all Account balances are denominated.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register for and use ink743 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or older. Online gambling is strictly prohibited for individuals under the age of 21 in Indonesia.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian identification document (Kartu Tanda Penduduk or KTP).
• You must not be located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or restricted by local law.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Indonesian law.

2.2 Account Registration Process

When creating an Account on ink743, you agree to:

• Maintain only one (1) Account per person. Multiple Accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

• Notify ink743 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• Complete identity verification (KYC) procedures when requested by ink743, including submission of government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

2.3 Account Verification

ink743 reserves the right to request verification documents at any time to confirm your identity, age, residency, and payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension and temporary hold on Withdrawals until verification is completed. Verification typically requires:

• A clear photograph or scan of your KTP (Indonesian National Identity Card) showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence) dated within the last three months.
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank account statement or screenshot showing your name and account number).

3. Deposits and Account Funding

3.1 Deposit Methods

ink743 accepts deposits through the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank transfers via BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia).
• E-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

All Deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We do not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page and may vary by payment method.

3.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. In some cases, processing may take up to 15 minutes depending on bank or e-wallet system delays. If your Deposit does not appear in your Account within 30 minutes, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number.

3.3 Deposit Limits

ink743 offers responsible gaming deposit limit tools that allow you to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. You may reduce your deposit limit at any time, and the change will take effect immediately. Requests to increase deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

3.4 Third-Party Deposits

You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (funds from bank accounts or e-wallets not belonging to you) are strictly prohibited. ink743 reserves the right to reverse any deposits originating from third-party sources and suspend the Account pending investigation.

4. Withdrawals and Payouts

4.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals from your ink743 Account can be made to any Indonesian bank account or e-wallet registered in your name. The withdrawal method must match a previously used deposit method or be verified through our KYC process.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

ink743 strives to process Withdrawals as quickly as possible. Standard processing times are:

• BCA, BRI, BNI transfers: 5-15 minutes during business hours.
• Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata transfers: 15-30 minutes during business hours.
• E-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay): 10-25 minutes.
• Other Indonesian banks: 1-3 hours during business hours.

Processing times may be longer during peak periods, Indonesian public holidays, or bank maintenance windows. Withdrawals requested outside of Indonesian banking hours (WIB timezone) will be processed on the next business day.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the withdrawal page and may vary by payment method and VIP tier. Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply to all Accounts. Higher limits are available to VIP tier members.

4.4 Withdrawal Verification

ink743 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing Withdrawals, particularly for first-time Withdrawals, large amounts, or suspicious activity patterns. Verification requests must be completed within 7 days to avoid Account suspension.

4.5 Wagering Requirements

All deposited funds must be wagered at least one (1) time before Withdrawal is permitted. This anti-money laundering requirement applies to all deposits, including those not claiming any Bonus. Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements outlined in Section 5.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses and promotions offered by ink743 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. General bonus eligibility requirements include:

• You must have a verified Account in good standing.
• You must not have any pending Withdrawals at the time of claiming a Bonus.
• You must opt in to the specific promotion (where applicable).

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also known as rollover or playthrough requirements) before Withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the Bonus amount or the Deposit plus Bonus amount (e.g., 25x Bonus, 15x Deposit + Bonus). Only wagers on eligible games contribute toward wagering requirements, and contribution rates vary by game type:

• Slots: 100% contribution.
• Live Casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack): 10-20% contribution (varies by specific game).
• Sports Betting: Varies by odds and market type (typically 100% for pre-match bets with odds above a specified threshold).

5.3 Bonus Restrictions

While an active Bonus is in your Account:

• Maximum bet limits apply (typically Rp 25,000 per bet or 10% of Bonus amount, whichever is lower).
• Certain games may be restricted or excluded from Bonus play.
• Withdrawal of the Bonus amount and any winnings derived from it is not permitted until wagering requirements are met.
• If you request a Withdrawal before completing wagering requirements, the Bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

ink743 reserves the right to void Bonuses, confiscate winnings, and suspend Accounts where bonus abuse is detected. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim Bonuses multiple times, collusion with other players, exploitation of software errors, hedging bets across multiple Accounts, and any strategy designed to circumvent wagering requirements without genuine risk.

6. Betting Rules and Game Play

6.1 General Betting Rules

All Bets placed on ink743 are governed by the following general rules:

• Once a Bet is confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the User.
• ink743 reserves the right to void Bets placed at incorrect odds, obvious pricing errors, or after the result of an event is already known.
• Maximum payout limits apply to all Bets and vary by sport, game type, and market. Specific limits are available upon request.
• In the event of technical errors, system malfunctions, or game interruptions, ink743 will void affected Bets and refund stakes to the User's Account.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports Bets placed on ink743 follow industry-standard rules for each sport. Key provisions include:

• Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the governing body of each sport (e.g., FIFA for football, BWF for badminton).
• If a match is postponed, rescheduled, or abandoned, Bets will be voided unless otherwise stated in sport-specific rules.
• Live in-play Bets are accepted up until the event occurs (e.g., next goal, next corner). Late Bets placed after the outcome is determined will be voided.
• Settlement of bandar bola (bookmaker), mix parlay (accumulator), and voor bola (handicap) markets follows standard Asian handicap rules.

6.3 Casino Game Rules

7. Account Suspension and Termination

7.1 Suspension by ink743

ink743 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• You provide false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• You engage in fraudulent activity, collusion, or any form of cheating.
• You attempt to exploit software errors or system vulnerabilities.
• You open multiple Accounts or allow third parties to access your Account.
• You engage in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward ink743 staff or other players.
• Your Account activity suggests money laundering, bonus abuse, or other prohibited conduct.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Users who wish to take a break from gambling can request self-exclusion for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or permanently. During self-exclusion, your Account will be locked and you will not be able to log in, place Bets, or make Deposits. Existing funds in your Account can be withdrawn. 7.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request permanent Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be processed for Withdrawal according to standard procedures. Closed Accounts cannot be reopened.

The "ink743" name and logo are registered trademarks and may not be used without authorization.
